Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel. We can however try to make address updates (if it's a domestic order), style, or size changes. You can reach out to us with such requests via email.
Standard Shipping orders are delivered in 7-14 working days and are free of cost across India. Express Shipping orders (subject to availability) are delivered in 2-4 working days and are ₹350. International Orders might take 1 to 3 weeks depending on the country. t Once dispatched, we will send you tracking details. If we fail to send you tracking details, you can follow up via mail or Instagram (@sway_india_). The email id for such follow-ups is swayindia10@gmail.com.
Since we follow a made-to-order model in attempts to minimise wastage, we do not accept returns. Once placed we do not refund orders. We do understand that sometimes a product may not fit you the way you had imagined, and in case of that, we provide exchanges. However, you must inform us of any such requests within 24 hours of receiving the order.
