Style/Size Customisation Requests

We provide size customisation and minor length adjustments at no additional cost. Size customisation option is available on the website. However, Style or Design customisation requests must be raised via DM or Email.

Style/design customisation is chargeable in most cases. We will confirm the same via DM or Email when you raise the request.

Please drop us a mail/DM, only once we confirm availability - you can place your order.

We do not accept exchanges if the product's size or style/design is customised as we are unable to repurpose such pieces, so please send accurate measurements/style requests across.

Timelines for products that are customised are usually longer. We can confirm the same via DM/Email once the request is raised.

Product Exchange Requests

We do not have a return and refund policy. We have an exchange option available.

For product/style exchange, please DM/email us the details within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We would require you to send us evidence of the product being unused, unworn and undamaged.

SWAY INDIA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.

You can opt for a style/product that is either of the same price or higher.

Once our team confirms via DM/email that the product exchange can be processed, the return parcel must be couriered within 5 days of receiving the parcel.

Reverse pickup facility is not available, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the style/ product change. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address once with no additional courier charges.

We only send the exchanged package once. after that there would be an additional charge of 100 INR.

General Policies:

Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled. We are open to exchange requests, not returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

We are not responsible for courier related delays, but we will make sure the order reaches you the quickest possible!

SHIPPING
Orders within India:

Standard Shipping : Orders are delivered in 5-9 working days. Shipping is free with your orders.

We only provide Express Shipping on special request currently. You can DM us on @sway_india_ with your order details and request for express shipping. Once we confirm that it is available for your region, you will have to pay an additional 350 INR. We will guide you via DM when you raise the request. Once express shipping is confirmed, orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days.

As we are sending the orders with an external service, shipping costs are non-refundable once delivered.

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Prioritising orders are on a case to case basis.

SWAY INDIA will not be liable for any courier related delays.

In case of an express order not reaching within promised timelines, we will refund the extra amount paid for express shipping.

The delivery will be attempted once, if the customer fails to collect the order, it will be returned to us. We will ship it again once confirmed with the customer. This shipping cost is 200 INR and will be borne by the customer in this case. If the customer wants express shipping in this case, the charge will be 350 INR.
International Orders:

Orders are delivered between 1-3 weeks depending on the country.

The status of your order and tracking details will be communicated to you via the platform you choose to order from us; Instagram DMs or Email.

Unfortunately we do not accept exchange requests for international orders due to logistical issues.

SWAY INDIA is not liable to pay any duties or taxes for any international order.
